• You have not violated our Terms of Service.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only and may take up to 5–7 business days to process after approval.

2. Auto-Renewal Refunds TuxlerVPN Premium plans renew automatically unless canceled prior to the billing date. If your subscription renews and you do not wish to continue:

• You may request a refund within 7 days of the renewal date, provided no significant use has occurred after renewal.

3. Non-Refundable Situations We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

• The request is made outside of the stated refund window.
• There is evidence of account misuse or abuse.
• A previous refund has already been granted for the same user or payment method.

Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in account suspension and denial of future services.
